Deborah is a passionate advocate for the intersection of games, social impact, and climate action. As the founder of Games for Good, she has focused on harnessing the transformative power of video games and the gaming industry to drive positive change. She has consulted for console and mobile studios, NGOs, and organizations like the United Nations Environment Programme, fostering healthier cultures, products, and communities. Deborah's impact is reflected in her accolades: she is a Special Effect Ambassador, a Develop: Diversity Star Nominee (2022), was named one of the Top 100 Women in Games (2019), and has spoken at conferences worldwide.

Now working in a social impact role at Supercell, Deborah continues to champion meaningful change through gaming. She lives in Helsinki with her beloved hairless cats, Hugo and Winnie. Outside of work, she enjoys writing, storytelling, abstract painting, café hopping, and indulging in 90s action movies or the occasional trashy Netflix romcom.
