In the mad rush of blending work + life, we are often running in a million directions and our mind is pulled with it. The practice of Mindfulness is one that many successful business people, renowned artists, and entrepreneurs use to reach a state of calm, focus and rejuvenation to better arm them for the day ahead. In this workshop, Paige Davis of SoulSparks will teach us about the difference between mindfulness and meditation, bust through some myths and misconceptions, gain an understanding of how it impacts our brains, and learn how it can help us cope with stress, boost our creativity, and be more present in our lives.
