About this FieldTrip

Most creatives have a graveyard of content ideas - scattered across notes apps, voice memos, and saved posts that never go anywhere. This session fixes that.

Brand strategist Phil Pallen and content expert Lucas O'Keefe will show you how to build a living content system inside a single Adobe Acrobat PDF Space. You’ll leave with a ready-to-use planning hub that includes a content idea bank, hook-writing guide, and a script structure you can reuse every week.

Bring your niche, one content goal, and a willingness to actually finish something.


Agenda

  • ✓ We'll kick off with a quick live poll - participants share their biggest content headache. Phil and Lucas respond in real time, setting up why a system beats willpower every time.

  • ✓ Lucas walks participants through the documents inside the Content Planning PDF Space - what each one does, how they connect, and how to use them together to go from blank page to published post.

  • ✓ Phil opens Adobe Acrobat and demos the PDF Space live - showing how to navigate the files, prompt the AI Assistant for ideas, and share the Space with a collaborator or client.

  • ✓ Participants get their own copy of the PDF Space and spend 10 minutes inside it - using the "What Should I Post Today?" flow to map out their next three pieces of content.

  • ✓ We'll share out at the end - a few participants show what they built, Phil and Lucas give quick feedback, and everyone leaves with a working content system ready to use.

  • ✓ Your niche or content focus - know the one topic or theme you post about, or want to start posting about.

  • ✓ One content goal for the next 30 days. Nothing fancy, just a sentence like "I want to post three times a week on Instagram."

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.

Show up fully

Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.

Stay curious

Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going! 

Celebrate your host

Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings community—just like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgrounds—a lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.
