Elise is going to talk about her journaling routine and give you some food for thought, such as… What are the benefits of self-reflection on a regular basis? How does journaling enrich your life and improve your relationships? Where is the line between reflecting and overthinking? The best part: There will be a short journaling practice and then we will share our thoughts on writing and self-reflection, together.

About the speaker

👩‍💻 Elise has been working as a freelance copywriter and brand strategist for the last 7+ years. She loves to be creative and to connect and share her experiences with others. In October she will start a new venture as a customer service advisor at a green electricity supplier.

🧘‍♀️ She strongly believes that change starts within ourselves. What we think and wish for creates our reality. The more we think about our lives, the clearer our vision becomes and the closer we can get to where we really want to be.

💛 Elise has been a passionate Bullet Journalist since 2019. She collects smart questions, loves having long walks in Littenweiler and along the Dreisam (it boosts her creativity), and is a certified NeuroEmbodied Soul Centering® Coach.
