“To find the genuine power in yourself, you have to notice yourself.”

Christine shares her honest journey of having long COVID, which included periods of painful re-adjusting to intangible and spiritual weights. She talks about what it means to be here NOW and understand truthful presence.

About the speaker

Christine Wilson loves fiercely, lets her heart break when it needs to, has an awkwardly large personality, and is so glad to be alive after a life-threatening battle with Long COVID. Poetry is her Mother Tongue, crafting Poems in her head to her tree-swing’s rhythm before she could write. The container of her family holds 5 adult kids (2 with partners), one hot husband, one sweet doggie, and whoever else knocks at the door can come on in for a drink and a laugh in her Northside home. She collects rocks, reads excessively, grows things, paints, facilitates poetry and creative classes, gets ticked about inequality and lack of inclusion, and is an enneagram 38DDD.
