About the speaker
Carly Mask is the managing partner and founder of Camp Digital, a boutique creative studio helping challenger brands turn social into their most powerful growth engine.
A Hearst Award-winning photographer who began her career at Apple in the heart of San Francisco, Carly spent a decade leading go-to-market teams at the intersection of travel, fashion, entertainment, and culture before building Camp Digital from the ground up.
Today, she partners with brands like Nike, Spotify, The New York Times, and American Express to create work that moves culturally, commercially, and creatively.
Camp Digital exists for brands that don’t just want content but want impact—strategy-led, social-first, and built to perform.
Carly is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication and lives in Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, with her husband and two boys, who double as her favorite creative collaborators.

Our global theme for March is Local. It was chosen by our Santos chapter in Brazil and illustrated by Simone Matias.
Local (pronounced lo·cal) in Portuguese means “being a resident or native to a particular area.”
Our Santos chapter had this to say about the significance of this month’s theme:
“We are proud to be from Santos. The feeling of loving the city but sometimes moving away. The benefits of belonging somewhere.”
Watch this video from our Santos chapter for more on what local means to them.
So, how does where you’re from define who you are? How do different spaces foster that sense of connection? How can we develop and strengthen bonds with the people around us?
It’s time to remind ourselves that community happens in neighborhoods not just on screens.
