Brian Stromquist

Brian Stromquist is a Strategy Director and Studio Director based in Gensler's San Francisco office. He draws upon his experience in design and research to develop workplace solutions for companies across the globe. He maintains insightful and positive relationships with clients, identifying project processes that work for them while incorporating the latest workplace trends and practices — and ultimately brings it all together with clear solutions.

With extensive experience in workplace design and a talent for conceptualizing and solving complex problems, he helps tackle projects with agility and creativity, working closely with design teams. Passionate about the intersection of design and future technologies, Brian develops conceptual drivers which inform all aspects of a project’s design, resulting in spaces that are authentic, functional, and future-forward.

Brian is based in Gensler’s San Francisco office and connects regularly across the region — and beyond — attending design events, presenting, and authoring publications to help effectively guide workplace design and concepts from idea into reality.
