About the speaker
Brian Ige is the General Manager at VIZ Media, where he has worked for over 20 years and currently leads sales and anime strategy for one of the leading companies in manga and anime entertainment. Born and raised in Hawaii, he is a graduate of Kalani High School and earned his degree in finance from the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii. He now lives in the Bay Area with his wife, their three-year-old daughter, and a very spirited French bulldog.

World Wide Walls (formerly POW! WOW! Worldwide) is a global network of artists and events focusing on mural, street, and contemporary art. It originated in 2009 in Hong Kong with Founder, Jasper Wong. In 2010, POW! WOW! Hawaii was born. An annual art festival that brings together local and international artists to create vibrant murals throughout the city of Honolulu.
