About this FieldTrip
Do you want to run faster, perform better, and recover easier? Do you feel overtrained and breathless at the end of your run or workout?
We focus a lot on building our leg muscles but not so much on our breathing muscles. Let’s change that and hit our goals in a smarter way! In this 1h class, we will raise our breath awareness, activate our primary breathing muscles, and learn a few techniques to apply before, during, and after the run.
Whether you are a beginner or avid runner, this class will help you to improve your breathing patterns and achieve peak performance in any sports.
About your Host
I’m a certified breathwork practitioner under the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GBPA), graduated from the International Centre for Conscious Breathing and Studying in Russia. I’m also an active trail runner currently training for Lantau 70 ultra-race in Hong Kong.
