Apurva Kothari

Apurva Kothari founded No Nasties in 2011 with the intention of kickstarting the sustainable fashion movement in India and pioneering the sector. In 2009, he was working as a consultant in the Silicon Valley, but in the course of reading about matters back home in India, Apurva discovered that the number of farmer suicides in the country was alarming - over 300,000 in 20 years. This just wasn’t okay and Apurva decided to do something about it. That's where it all began.
