part of a series on Underdog

About the speaker

As founder and CEO of Cohere, Antoinette leads the creative agency’s mission to transform under-utilized spaces and stories. With her unique background in urban planning and branding, she has helped revitalize over 8M square feet of space in markets like Philadelphia, Baltimore, Denver, NYC and more. Under her direction, Cohere measures their success by how many communities they impact with newly designed cohesive brand experiences. Their clients in real estate, hospitality, food and impact are tackling projects like redesigning boutique hotels, influencing climate change through food and introducing more independent brands to new cities.

Antoinette regularly contributes to publications such as Forbes, The Business Journal, Technical.ly and other great thought leadership outlets. Her personal mission is to help people become the “best versions of themselves”, which in turn helps our cities reach their own full potential through projects + people.

Because of Antoinette’s unique skill set to help stakeholders of multiple projects “cohere” around their shared goals on behalf of the best interest of a project, she has been invited to serve on some impactful boards such as:

  • The Urban Land Institute
  • The Arts & Business Council in Philadelphia (Chamber of Commerce)
  • Independent Lodging Council indy hotel guidance committee
  • Choice Market, a locally sourced convenient store model serving as CMO
