Annabel explores the ‘Cycles of Self-Discovery,’ focusing on how we can harness the power of life’s natural cycles to enhance personal well-being, creativity, and community connection.

At CreativeMornings Lausanne, Annabel explores the ‘Cycles of Self-Discovery,’ focusing on how women can harness the power of life’s natural cycles to enhance personal well-being, creativity, and community connection. She touches on the concept of cycle syncing—aligning our lives with the rhythms of our bodies—and discuss the importance of prioritizing our own needs to maintain balance. We’ll also look at how creativity follows its own cycles, often waning in school but re-emerging later in life. Through these themes, Annabel hopes to inspire a renewed sense of self-awareness and encourage a more intuitive approach to life’s ever-evolving journey.
