Our design is driven by our community-first philosophy, with a thoughtful layout to facilitate networking, learning, creativity, and collaboration.

Based in Ann Arbor, FinalFinal is a design consultancy and creative studio that helps organizations of all sizes and stages achieve their brand, product and marketing goals. Managed by partners Pete Baker (ex-Cisco, Duo, Gemini) and Ruth Facer (ex-Amazon, Trulia, Zillow), FinalFinal provides strategic solutions ranging from advising founders and marketing executives to fractional brand and product design leadership. FinalFinal also leverages a highly curated team of experienced designers, strategists, and producers to supplement lean in-house teams or serve as agency-of-record for growing businesses.

Lowertown Bar & Cafe is a unique hybrid space nestled in Ann Arbor’s historic Lower Town district. Housed in a beautifully restored 1930’s service station, we seamlessly blend industrial heritage with modern comfort. By day, we serve as a bustling coffee shop offering locally-roasted brews and artisanal pastries. As evening falls, we transform into a vibrant bar, featuring craft cocktails, local beers, and innovative non-alcoholic options. Our expansive patio and welcoming interior create a versatile ‘third place’ where Ann Arbor’s diverse community — from students and young professionals to longtime residents — comes together to connect, work, and celebrate.

StudioStudio is an accessible studio space for photographers and other content creators, a modern and unique event venue, and a place for creative freelancers to work and connect in Ann Arbor, Michigan. They are rentable studios for photography + events, places to host your next popup, and spots to gather, inspire, and dream.
