Alexis "AJ" Willis is a mother, a maven and a connector. She is currently a commercial real estate broker where she is head of the commercial division at The Group Real Estate. Recently, Alexis was appointed as the Entrepreneur in Residence in the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the UTC Rollins College of Business. She is thrilled to be back in Chattanooga's entrepreneurial ecosystem. She is the Founder of Natural Beautiful Me, a storytelling platform to empower women to embrace their natural beauty and value their identity. Her best role yet is Momma to Boom, 16, and Bebe, 5.
