About the speaker
Alessio Rosato, with a degree in International Economics and Marketing and a specialization in Finance, left his hometown Naples at 18, living in Spain, Romania, England, and Switzerland. At 23, he founded his first renewable energy company, now continuing under IFIN Energy, developing over 2000 MW of large-scale solar projects and Battery Energy
Storage Solutions across Europe.
In 2016, during a sabbatical, he launched Mangiobevo, which grew from a small Italian grocery shop into a recognized brand in French-speaking Switzerland. Inspired by baking at home during the pandemic, he founded Trigo Urban Bakehouse in 2021, blending his multicultural
experiences into a contemporary bakery concept.
His ventures employ over 25 people in Switzerland and he also manages almost 40 professionals across Europe, with ambitions to double within the next three years.
