Adrian Castro, born and raised in Miami, Florida, runs on cafecito, pan con bistecs, and pure passion. An FIU graduate and former HR professional turned jack of all trades, Adrian has built a career guided by intuition and creativity. Whether connecting people, building projects, or bringing ideas to life through many ventures such as, Union Beer Store, Panolos food pop-up, his work in the community as a Mental Health Advocate, Las Rosas Miami, or his very own wrestling character, Domino, he represents the spirit of Miami—vibrant, hardworking, and always evolving.
