In our last event of 2022, we're delighted to have Michael Pecirno explore this theme through his projects around energy scarcity. We'll be looking at the role of design in the climate crisis and speculative futures.
MEET THE SPEAKER:
Michael Pecirno is a designer & researcher at Takram. His work focuses on researching, designing, and writing about the complex interactions between people, places, and technology. This work crosses the boundaries of traditional design disciplines to create enriched objects, spaces, and ideas through research.
Michael was trained in experience design and architecture at the Royal College of Art in the UK and the University of Illinois at Chicago in the USA. He has been an invited research fellow at the Architectural Association and Archeworks School of Design.
