I believe great leadership positively impacts people, organizations, and communities. I'm a psychologist and consultant who works with organizations -- ranging from small non-profits to Fortune 500 companies -- to help them enhance leadership practices. I use a mix of social science, data, facilitation, and storytelling to work with organizational leaders. I help them build good leadership habits that enable them to inspire, to create a fun work environment, and to nurture their people to greater success and happiness.
