I've been filming and being inspired by CreativeMornings NYC talks since March 2012. I love working on short-form video projects highlighting people and businesses. I own a video production company that is based around the principle of "work hard and be nice to people."

Mentoring to me just wasn't about this one-on-one, it was about this community. It was about the community like CreativeMornings. You show up to enough of these things, then you start networking, you meet people, maybe you get jobs, maybe you like hook up or whatever. Things happen when you're in a community.
