Howard has worked in the advertising industry for a decade with experience in Advertising design, Art direction and photography. Clients and industry experience includes Census Bureau, Department of Health and Human Services, US Bank, AARP and Verizon. He hope to connect with more creatives in the Kitsap area and kick start a supportive artist community.
