I am co-founder of Breadnsoul or in other words - pair of hands and half of the soul of a small artisan bakery where we produce naturally fermented sourdough bread and healthy and delicious cakes and desserts. Six and a half years ago I was working in the second biggest media group in Bulgaria and I was head of PR department. At that time I become a mom - I gave birth to my baby girl, went on maternity leave and started to prepare the food for my family. Every day. Two years later I decided not to go back to the corporate world and to create my own. Now it is alive full of tasty food, burned crust, delicious smells, a lot of colours and creams, every-day-challenges, people that I barely can handle, and people that I love. And the most important it is real and authentic made with no additives, artificial personalities or fake ingredients. It is perfectly imperfect.
