High-quality bacon and a piece of matured cheese are not the same as a pair of boots. The authentic wine of an ambitious winemaker can not be marketed in the same manner as a shower gel. And a restaurant that serves unique dishes shouldn't speak to its guests in the same voice as a bank. I support food producers and gastronomes with marketing and communication, in order to help them and their products attract the attention they deserve. Apart from that I'm also a freelance journalist writing for print and online publications. In 2015 I've launched the Vienna Foodie Quest – a scavenger hunt fundraiser that playfully takes its participants to the most delicious places of the city and promotes great culinary small enterprises, all in favour of Slow Food’s 10.000 gardens in Africa project.
