Kate MacNeil graduated from the College of Charleston Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Studio Art in 2011. During her time there, she was honored to receive the Goss-Duval Scholarship, Departmental Honors and the Tyzack Prize for her practice in studio art. She has been a studio artist at Redux Contemporary Art Center since 2011, and has worked closely with organizations such as the Gibbes Museum of Art and the College of Charleston to promote printmaking in the area. She was featured as an artist during Charleston Supported Art's inaugural year in 2014, and was recently awarded an Honorable Mention from ArtFields for a nearly-30-foot-long intaglio piece.
