Kristen is Chief Product Officer at Rio, a tech company that's redesigning benefits for everyone. Rio knows that the future of work looks different, and in a world where more and more people are opting out of a traditional 9 to 5, benefits should start with the individual and be entirely portable. Kristen has been building financial technology for underrepresented populations for almost a decade. Several of her products have been launched with major financial institutions and are currently serving more than 80 million people. Kristen has a Masters in International Business and bachelors in Mathematics and Economics, and she has lived in Los Angeles, Buenos Aires, London, Shanghai, Lisbon, and Boston.
