Johann is a Registered Organisational Psychologist with 8 years’ experience in organisational development (OD), individual behavioural change as well as change management and organisational culture transformation initiatives.
He has a passion to understand people’s decision making process, choices and behaviour. As an Organisational Psychologist he uses techniques and assessments from social psychology and judgement and decision making models to develop behaviour change interventions to that help create positive behavioural and organisational change. His career goal is to follow a path to apply his knowledge and experience into the field of consumer insights and consumer behaviour. Johann has a very keen interest in behaviour economics and the application thereof in the marketing field and understanding of the customers’ decision making process.
