Jake Kahana is pioneering the future of work. He is an artist and teacher helping people thrive in a world overrun with distractions by leading them in unlearning bad habits and replacing them with new, better ones.
In 2016 he cofounded and branded Caveday, a company that has facilitated over 10,000 hours of deep work. Jake develops content for their global newsletter and corporate training program. He's a founding US faculty member at The School of Life and teaches college courses in NYC.
He's a globally recognized artist with work profiled in WIRED, FastCo, and The Huffington Post. As a creative director and brand consultant, his award-winning client work has been parodied on late night TV, hit the Reddit Top 10, is part of the MoMA permanent collection, and has been on his parents' fridge since 1989.
Currently, Jake lives in Jersey City, NJ with his wife and daughter.
