Eleanor is a huge nerd. 10 years experience in theatre and a flair for photography made a natural progression into a goofy love of film. Eleanor started out filming and editing small projects for friends and community groups before going to Victoria University of Wellington to study Film. With an undergraduate degree in Film & Psychology under her belt, she knew there was more to learn and more to do, so she swung straight into Honours Film Studies in 2015. With a focus on editing, Eleanor is always honing what Tracey #2 from her Mum’s book club calls, “impeccable comic timing.” When writing, however, she focuses on more serious social commentary. Currently, Eleanor is working at both an art gallery and a theatre to pay the bills, and on Wednesdays she makes movies.
