My husband and I were married by a lighthouse in Maine and took a three-week honeymoon in the Scottish Highlands. I wanted to bring home a "heely coo" (a.k.a. Highland Cow) ...he said no.

I am fueled by ‘cold-brewed’ coffee and inspired by natural elements.
