I am a licensed professional engineer and graphic designer with a passion for typography, information design, and data visualization. I lead the Information Design team at multinational accounting, consulting, and professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and also teach Data Analytics & Visualization, as well as Wayfinding & Information Systems, at OCAD University. Outside of work, my interests include boxing, weightlifting, yoga, postmodern literature, progressive politics, art history, single malt whisky, and electronic music. I'm a committed supporter of Manchester City FC, but will cheer for any club that beats Chelsea — even Arsenal.

Joy Division, naval aircraft navigation & weapons systems (I'm a former aerospace engineer), Detroit techno, deconstructive typography, Édouard Manet's The Execution of Emperor Maximilian, and the visual depiction of complex information streams.
