I recently moved across the country from Portland, Oregon to Brooklyn, New York to meet and collaborate with a wide range of creatives. I have spent most of my post college career working on my craft as a storyteller and illustrator. Visual narrative storytelling has been the constant through line in my creative pursuits. I am a sucker for a beautifully crafted and vulnerable story. It can be a stage musical, graphic novel, picture book, animated film, dance performance, music video, or truly anything else. I have really connected with the world of comics, graphic novels and picture books. The relationship between images and words has always sparked my interest and I am excited to explore more of how this medium can evolve and share more diverse voices and experiences to people.
