Artist, researcher, writer, artistic scout, event designer, multimedia geek, ex-dancer and physical theater performer, Alexia has played many roles in life.
Now researcher in social sciences and doing her Master about games with social good impact, Alexia has been questioning and juggling links between the brain, the body, the screen, meditation, games and ideology, improvisation, spirituality and psychology. As a creator, last February she won 2th place for an citizen application idea at the contest BELL FIBE OUVERT -WEQ 2013.
While Artistic Scout for Cirque du Soleil, she developed many exercises to empower the creative process and when Artistic Programmer for Film Festival RVCQ in Montreal, she used many of her creative process tricks towards creating meaningful, team shows and event.
Using humor, weirdness, minimal K.I.S.S. rules, empowerment and genuine kindness to unify process, she likes to share philosophical thoughts about all stages of a process, from creation to production. She believes we need to personally embody the change we want to see, use movement towards a better world and charge our daily steps with empathy and playfulness.
