How to be in water - I am my best when I am submerged.

A breathing technique that calms you down, by concentrating on your breath you can work through acute emotions helping in situations where you feel anxiety, stress, anger, rage, or any other emotion that is feeling overwhelming in that moment. I think of it as a form of square breathing and visualize a square in my mind as I follow these four steps: Breath in and count to four... Hold that breath for four.... Exhale for four.... Hold for four... Repeat. I like to do it at least four times.
