You might be familiar with the quote above – usually attributed to Otto von Bismarck, although likely originated by John Godfrey Saxe. Well, in the spirit of our October global theme of “Transparency,” we’ve decided to break precedent and invite TWO speakers to our October 7th event: a lawmaker (NC State Senator Jeff Jackson) and a sausage-maker (esteemed restaurateur Cassie Parsons). Both will be discussing the value of Transparency in their respective professions and processes. And with the big election right around the corner, we might just decide to do it “debate style.” Tickets will be made available at 9 a.m. sharp on Monday, October 3rd at www.CharlotteIsCreative.com. Don’t miss this one!

We’ve pulled and AWESOME SPEAKER out of our hats for Friday, Sept. 2 – Suzie Ford, owner of NoDa Brewing Company – will join us to speak about “Magic” and to share Morning Muse Coffee IPA, a brew inspired by our own little chapter of CreativeMornings.
