It all started with winning a bingo game at a gala, and the nickname Mr Bingo was forever set in stone. A commercial illustrator for 15 years, his work has appeared regularly in The New Yorker, TIME, and many more. He has tested his creativity in countless ways with various projects, and in this talk, he shares 37 lessons learned in the last 20 years of making.
I don’t like the analogy of a crossroads because it suggests that you’re definitely going down a path and you have to take some kind of direction. So I prefer this, sort of floating around, on a big empty sheet of paper.
