Starting with purpose setting, ideation, and imagination, we’ll explore how to think like designers as we create the foundations for our workshops. With so much content swirling around our minds, it’s important to keep your workshop design specific and contained. 🌈 Session 3. Designing Impactful Workshops // Environment: Creating Visually Pleasing, Emotionally Safe & Inclusive Spaces.

Every great Workshop is defined by both the content AND the experience of visuals and shared sense community. In this FieldTrip we’ll explore everything from: How to use slides effectively (if using them at all!) to how to create a visual aesthetic for your experience —  with promo (before), for slides (during), and for recaps (after), and how to create a safe container for Participants. Using Adobe Express, we’ll tinker with slide and banner designs for presentation and promotion.

Many of us are now quite confident navigating Zoom — AND the program is changing everyday. This beginner-friendly basics FieldTrip will help you peek behind the curtain of a beautifully orchestrated event. We’ll dive into some of the secret Sauce that makes FieldTrips run so smoothly (and troll free!), and help you to think through what elements you might want to add to your own experience.
